Job summary

Capgemini AB in Sweden seeks an experienced SAP EWM/TM consultant to drive end‑to‑end logistics solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments. The role emphasizes ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering business value for large clients.

You will guide transformations from a senior advisory perspective, mentor junior team members, and contribute to expanding the EWM delivery capability while maintaining high standards in project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on SAP EWM and/or TM in a consulting role.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high‑quality results.
• Experience from at least one SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes; SAP certification is a plus.
• Contributing to building and developing our EWM delivery capability, including ways of working, offerings, and team growth.

Your role

We are looking for experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM) consultants who are passionate about delivering business‑critical logistics and transportation solutions for leading clients in Sweden. In this role, you will work on high‑impact assignments within modern SAP S/4HANA environments, closely aligned with business stakeholders and with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will play a key role in optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes, helping our clients improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

As a senior consultant, you bring both technical expertise and advisory capability, guiding clients through complex transformations, driving implementations, and ensuring long‑term value realization. Your profile
