Job summary
KEYTO Group is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead & Field Service Architect to shape and own the Salesforce platform across multiple offices. You will lead the development team, drive architecture and strategic initiatives, and ensure scalable Field Service solutions across the group.
You will combine hands-on development with architecture, governance, and DevOps practices to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable Salesforce capabilities aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification is required.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proven design/implementation of Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Architect or Manager.
- Strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce platform: define technical vision, architecture and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service design for multiple offices and units.
- Hands-on Salesforce development and configuration; drive DevOps practices.
- Coach and mentor the team; foster collaboration and excellence.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
