Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions in Sweden. The role requires collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications and platform enhancements using Salesforce best practices.

The candidate will design and implement Apex classes, triggers, LWC interfaces, and automation using Salesforce Flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and test classes.
• Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, security settings, and workflows.
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and manage governor limits.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications, integrations, and platform enhancements using Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and test classes.
• Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Test Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including standard/custom objects, relationships, and data modeling.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Understanding of governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Experience with middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and release management tools.
