Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a Global Order Management Specialist in Lund to coordinate and optimize end-to-end order flows in a fast-paced, global setting. You will collaborate with Demand & Supply, local Sales Operations and planners at global centers to ensure accurate delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 5+ years in an international supply chain environment, and proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, English and Swedish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in similar operational roles within an international/global supply chain
• Experience with end-to-end order flows: ordering, planning, allocation, delivery follow-up
• Import/export knowledge: Incoterms, customs, freight coordination
• Cross-border shipment experience and resolving lead-time/transport deviations
• Proficient with ERP systems for orders, inventory visibility, reporting and master data updates
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to order-related inquiries and analyze returns to optimize processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans and sales orders
• Provide accurate delivery estimates and regular updates to stakeholders
• Analyze demand and order backlog with Master Schedulers to meet demand
