Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Sales Manager to develop existing accounts and win new business across industrial markets, selling engineered water treatment and process equipment. You will work closely with customers to understand their applications, recommend technical solutions, prepare quotations and manage opportunities through to completion.

This is a hybrid role commutable to our Hertfordshire office, offering longer-term progression into senior management and an annual bonus

Qualifications

• A proven track record of winning new business and managing existing accounts.
• The technical understanding to discuss customer applications and recommend suitable solutions.

Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager - Water Treatment, Process Equipment

As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing existing accounts and winning new business across industrial markets, selling engineered water treatment and process equipment. Working closely with customers to understand their applications, you'll recommend technical solutions, prepare quotations and manage opportunities through to completion. This is a commercially focused role offering longer-term progression into senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell engineered water treatment and process equipment into industrial applications.
• Identify customer requirements, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and technical decision-makers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

You will be an experienced technical sales professional who understands industrial applications and can confidently sell engineered solutions.

You will have:
