Job summary

Alleima in Sweden seeks a Sales Manager Nordics & UK to lead a distributed sales team from Kista. You will drive growth with existing customers and pursue new opportunities, linking customer needs to Alleima's offerings.

You’ll interact with product units, R&D and marketing to shape commercial strategy and ensure profitable growth. You will report to the European Sales Manager LPP and contribute to the Europe Management Team, with English fluency and a preference for Swedish or other Nordic

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a multi-location sales team.
• Strong B2B sales experience in industrial/technical sectors.
• Ability to translate market needs into commercial strategy.
• Fluent English; Swedish is a plus.
