Candidate Profile

• Languages: C2‑level in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and C1 English.
• Experience: Background in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation is essential.
• Skills: Strong cold‑calling skills and a natural ability to communicate value propositions clearly.
• Mindset: You are target‑driven, enjoy the "hunt" of prospecting, and thrive in a KPI‑oriented environment.
