Singular Society AB is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to greet customers and embody the heart of our brand in-store. You will deliver high-level service from conversation initiation to checkout, changing rooms, and shop-floor support, while processing deliveries, stocking, and merchandising the latest garments.

A welcoming, proactive approach will uplift and inspire customers and teams alike. Previous retail experience and familiarity with fabrics are helpful but not required; the role offers

From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team, you’ll create moments that matter.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they're not mandatory.

• Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferable but not mandatory

• Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience
• Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc

Additional Information

• This is a part-time permanent position with a contract of 20 hours a week.
