Frey Recruitment is seeking an experienced Rotational Engineer for a 40m sailing yacht. Start in December, with an initial swing of three months including delivery and handover, then moving into a regular rotational schedule.

The yacht operates Caribbean charters before tackling the North West Passage itinerary, offering an active cruising programme and hands-on engineering challenges aboard a capable crew.

Formación

• Experience on 40m+ sailing yachts preferred.
• Ability to perform handover between swing rotations.
• Wamiliarity with marine systems and typical yacht gear.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair on rotation.
• Coordinate with crew for sailing leg handovers.
