Job summary

Freyrecruitment is seeking a Deckhand for a 60m+ sailing yacht to join a 4-person deck team. The role includes hands-on deck maintenance, sailing operations, tender driving and guest activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of deckhand experience on sailing yachts, be a strong team player, and thrive in a busy onboard environment. This is a dual-season private program with Caribbean winters and Med summers; start before mid‑November in the Mediterranean.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years deckhand experience on sailing yachts.
• STCW and ENG1 certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deck maintenance and sailing operations.
