About the job

Are you at the start of your engineering career and eager to work with process development in a global company? We are looking for an engineer to join our R&D team in Ronneby, focusing on brazing, bonding, and material application technologies for heat exchangers.

Key responsibilities for this role entail:

• Participate in process development activities related to brazing, bonding, and material application.
• Design and develop production fixtures.
• Prepare product qualification and furnace tests and evaluate results.
• Analyze process data and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams and colleagues across our global organization.
• Document findings and present them in internal meetings.
• Learn from experienced engineers and develop your expertise in advanced manufacturing processes.

What you know

• You have a Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• You are newly graduated or have a few years of experience.
• You have foundational knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, gained through studies or early career experience.
• You have some experience with 3D CAD and are keen to develop your skills further using Autodesk Inventor.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
