Job summary

Zendr is seeking a Product Quality Owner to own and defend the risk model, validation order, and release readiness for our next-gen B2B freight platform. You will provide evidence-based decisions, balance risk across features, and drive testing prioritization in a fast-paced, AI-assisted environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field, minimum 3 years of higher education.
• 5+ years in QA or testing with risk-based quality focus.
• Strong analytical ability to reason about risk and probability.
• Experience owning quality or release decisions.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a structured testing agenda.
• Excellent communication to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on exploratory and regression testing of complex systems.
• Fluency with AI tooling for test generation and analysis.
• Fluent English; Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product's risk model and validation priorities.
• Define release readiness criteria with documented evidence.
• Drive bug refinement and prioritization based on customer impact.
• Validate features shipped behind feature flags before rollout.
• Run exploratory testing and regression on critical flows.
• Support regression automation with development teams.
• Integrate risk thinking into product discovery and definitions.
