Job summary

Zendr is building the next generation of its B2B freight platform and seeks a Product Quality Owner to define and defend the risk model used before each ship. You will own release readiness, validate features behind feature flags, and lead exploratory and regression testing with an analytical, risk-based approach.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering in a fast-moving environment where pragmatism and craft matter. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of higher education
• 5+ years in QA or testing with analytical, risk-based quality focus
• Ability to defend testing scope and decisions with evidence
• Experience owning quality or release decisions
• Skill in turning ambiguity into structure and setting testing agendas
• Strong communication to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on exploratory and regression testing of complex systems
• Proficiency with AI tooling for test generation/maintenance/analysis
• Fluent English (Swedish is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product's risk model and validation focus
• Own release readiness with documented evidence for each release
• Lead bug refinement and prioritize backlog by customer impact
• Manage features behind feature flags and validate against customer segments
• Perform exploratory testing and regression testing on critical flows
• Drive regression automation with development teams
• Embed risk thinking into product discovery and definition of done
