Zendr is seeking a Product Quality Owner to define what we validate before shipping, in what order, and why, as we push the next-gen B2B freight platform. You will defend a risk model and back every release decision with evidence rather than gut feel.

This strategy-oriented role blends hands-on validation with risk thinking, deep exploratory testing, and collaboration with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering. English fluency is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with at least 3 years of higher education.
• 5+ years in QA or testing with risk-based quality work.
• Ability to justify testing effort and where to focus.
• Experience owning quality or release decisions.
• Ability to generate structure in ambiguity.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on exploratory and regression testing of complex, integration-heavy products.
• Fluency with AI tooling for test generation and analysis.
• English fluency; Swedish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the product's risk model and validation focus.
• Own release readiness with documented evidence for decisions.
• Drive bug refinement cadence and keep backlog aligned with impact.
• Validate features behind feature flags before rollout to segments.
• Run exploratory testing and regression on critical flows (carrier integrations, rates, labels).
• Promote regression automation through development teams.
• Bring risk thinking into discovery, acceptance criteria and DoD.
