The Rights Manager leads a focused team of Rights Administrators and Analysts in Stockholm, ensuring high-quality rights management in various systems, contract administration and operational support across EMEA for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). The role combines people leadership, process improvement and hands‑on stakeholder partnership to help the business make informed decisions, meet deadlines and maintain strong operational control in a dynamic media and entertainment environment.
As Rights Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery, you will play a key role in developing a capable, collaborative and service‑minded team that supports Acquisitions, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders across EMEA. You will lead day‑to‑day work allocation, coach team members, strengthen ways of working and represent the Rights & Administration function in projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
