Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Rights Analyst – Data Management to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of rights data across EMEA, translating contractual terms into structured system data for compliant content availability on HBO Max and HBO Europe.

This role sits at the intersection of Content, Legal, and Operations and is key to enabling accurate rights usage across markets. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and ability to manage complex datasets.
• Experience with rights management systems preferred.
• Experience with reporting/query tools; SQL preferred.
• Experience with structured data in high-volume environments.
• Understanding of TV/SVOD rights and content distribution.

Responsibilities

• Enter, validate, and maintain rights data in the rights management system.
• Translate complex rights into structured system data.
• Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Content Planning, Operations, Localization to ensure rights availability.
• Generate rights reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support cross-regional teams in tracking rights across EMEA.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
