Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Graduate Software Developer in Sweden to join multi-functional software teams. You will design, develop, and optimize software solutions for radio units using C++ and Java-based test frameworks within an agile environment.

The role focuses on early-career growth through hands-on development, testing, and coordination with hardware teams to deliver high-quality radio software capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communication, or a related field.
• Strong OO programming experience in C++ or Java.
• Good knowledge of Linux-based development environments.
• Familiar with version control, build systems and scripting.
• Familiar with AI concepts and tools.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Awareness of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Embedded software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test software solutions.
• Participate in system design, software development, and testing of Radio Units.
• Tackle complex challenges with experienced colleagues.
• Contribute to end-to-end development, coordinating with software and hardware teams.
• Engage in software development primarily using C++, and Java-based test frameworks.
