Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Lund is seeking a newly graduated engineer to join the Product Integration team. You will focus on RF measurements, troubleshooting, and optimizing radio unit performance while collaborating with HW, SW, and production teams.

You will work hands-on in the Integration lab with RF equipment and OTA chambers, tackling challenges from manufacturing to field issues and contributing to mmWave and Massive MIMO radio development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Engineering Physics or equivalent.
• RF measurement and instrument handling experience.
• Basic programming skills in Python or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Secure and optimize the radio unit’s RF performance.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and production teams.
• Work in an international environment with colleagues in multiple countries.
• Handle issues from manufacturing to field customer support.
• Develop mmWave and Massive MIMO radios.
