Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by understanding needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services.
• Mentor and educate store team on Apple offerings and Product Zone sales processes, staying current on technology trends beyond Apple.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; provide excellent customer service and contribute to an inclusive store environment.
