Job summary

Apple in Sweden seeks an Channel Store Advisor to support sales, merchandising, and operations within a partner reseller store. You will build relationships with partner staff, drive product demonstrations, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

The role requires working 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting Apple solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge on Apple products to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
