Burger King is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Sweden to lead daily operations with passion for great service. You will coach Shift Managers and Crew Members, uphold food safety, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You'll foster a collaborative team culture, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor costs, and develop future leaders while representing one of the world's best‑known restaurant brands. This is a full‑time role based in Sweden.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality.
• Supportive, humble, hands-on leader.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Can create structure, stay organized and make decisions under pressure.
• Speaks Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members.
• Build a positive, inclusive, high-performing team culture.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Manage daily restaurant operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, ordering, stock control.
• Monitor performance: sales, labour costs, food costs, waste reduction, profitability (P&L).
• Lead from the front during busy service periods.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a fast, friendly, and high-quality Burger King experience.
