Job summary

Role Summary:

As Research Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling high-quality research across the Nordics and Baltics, through the coordination of research-related agreements and processes. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure research projects are delivered to a high standard, and align with scientific, regulatory, and organisational requirements. This role is based in Sweden, with occasional travel (10–15%) to support research activities and stakeholder collaboration.

Your role

• Support the delivery of research projects by ensuring structured, compliant, and efficient execution of research methodologies and processes.
• Oversee contract management processes, from drafting agreements to coordinating reviews, signatures (electronic and paper), and archiving.
• Organise and facilitate research and steering committee meetings.
• Monitor research project progress, including key milestones, deliverables, and timelines, to ensure studies remain on track and generate meaningful outputs.
• Maintain accurate and accessible documentation and records.
• Manage and coordinate software and hardware licenses and purchase orders and invoicing.

Your expertise
