Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Freelance Clinical Study Coordinator (0.3 FTE per Site) to support hospital-based trials in Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm. You will work with the SRS/FSP team to ensure protocol-compliant execution and timely patient recruitment.

Role involves coordination with site staff, investigators, and nurses, ensuring documentation and data collection align with ICH-GCP standards; on-site presence at assigned hospitals is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Clinical Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Nurse, Study Nurse, CRA, or similar clinical research role.
• Good understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes.
• Experience working in hospital-based clinical research environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Ability to be present regularly on-site at the assigned hospital location.

Responsibilities

• Support the site during an intensive patient recruitment period.
• Monitor patient flow and help identify potentially eligible study participants.
• Coordinate study visits and study-related activities within protocol-defined timelines.
• Collaborate closely with investigators, research nurses, and hospital staff.
• Support study documentation and data collection activities as required.
• Ensure protocol procedures and time-critical study activities are completed as planned.

About This Role

Freelance Clinical Study Coordinator (0.3 FTE per Site) TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions.

We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Clinical Study Coordinators to support a hospital-based clinical trial at sites in the Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm areas. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to a leading global pharmaceutical company and work closely with site personnel to ensure the study is conducted efficiently and in accordance with protocol requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the site during an intensive patient recruitment period.

Contract Details

• Freelance consultant agreement.
• Around 0.3 FTE
• Study duration expected until April 2027.
