Job summary

About the company

Metodika is a growing Medtech company whose software is the central system that runs private clinics and hospitals in 9 countries, mainly in the Nordic region. We are continuously developing new features for our customers, driven by their need to stay at the forefront of an increasingly technology-oriented healthcare sector. About the role

We are looking for a Requirements Analyst with a strong process focus and an analytical ability to understand and map our customers' business processes before we design technical solutions. You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure that our system solutions support and optimize workflows.

Duties
  • Analyse and understand business processes in the healthcare sector
  • Document and visualise workflows
  • Acting as a bridge between the customer's needs and the technical development
  • Create clear requirement specifications
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and operations teams to implement solutions
  • Participate in client dialogues and help identify areas for improvement
  • Writing clear acceptance criterias and overseeing user acceptance testing to verify that the final built software aligns with initial business goals
Who are you?

To thrive in the role, we believe that you:

  • Have previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar
  • Are used to analysing and improving business processes without directly implementing technical systems
  • Have experience from the healthcare sector
  • Have a university degree
  • Have an understanding of software development
  • Have a strong analytical ability and dare to challenge the customer's preconceived solutions
  • Have experience of working with requirements management and process mapping
  • Understand the importance of combining system support with process changes to create effective solutions
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, German would be a plus
