About the Role

Requirements Analyst with a strong process focus and analytical ability to understand and map customers' business processes before designing technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand business processes in the healthcare sector.
• Document and visualise workflows.
• Act as a bridge between customers' needs and technical development.
• Create clear requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and operations teams to implement solutions.
• Participate in client dialogues and help identify areas for improvement.
• Write clear acceptance criteria and oversee user acceptance testing to verify that final software aligns with initial business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Business Analyst or similar.
• Used to analysing and improving business processes without direct implementation of technical systems.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• University degree.
• Understanding of software development.
• Strong analytical ability and willingness to challenge pre‑conceived solutions.
• Experience with requirements management and process mapping.
• Understanding of combining system support with process changes to create effective solutions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; German a plus.
