Job summary

Stratsys and Hypergene have merged, and you will own the shared website and digital presence as Web & Digital Optimization Manager for the Hypergene Group in Stockholm. You will drive how our site supports the customer journey and commercial objectives across markets and languages, with a data-driven mindset.

You will lead CRO initiatives with Demand Gen and Lifecycle Marketing, optimize pages and forms, and strengthen findability through technical/on-page SEO, AEO/GEO and third-party

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web, digital optimization or growth within B2B SaaS.
• Proven CRO results with tests and data-driven impact.
• Strong technical SEO skills with Ahrefs and GA4.
• Practical understanding of AI/LLMs changing search.
• Proven ability to use AI in day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define how the website evolves across markets, languages and buying stages.
• Drive CRO initiatives to improve landing pages, forms, CTAs and journeys.
• Develop and manage technical/on-page SEO, AEO/GEO and third-party presence.
• Set web governance, CMS processes, GDPR compliance and tracking.
