Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Swedish-speaking customer support for a remote role with relocation support to Chania, Crete. You will greet customers by phone and email, assist with orders and deliveries, and handle complaints while delivering friendly, professional service.

The program includes a full 8-week learning plan, plus training during peak seasons, and a 4-day nesting period to help you settle in. No prior experience required; retail or e-commerce background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent Swedish
• C1 English proficiency
• No previous experience required; retail or e-commerce background is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Comfortable using a PC and common software

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email about orders, payments and deliveries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
• Handle returns, missing parcels and item complaints
• Process price discount requests and offer suitable solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with professional, friendly service
