Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Site Budget & Contract Specialist to negotiate and manage site agreements across Finland, Sweden and Norway. The role is full-time, permanent, and home-based with flexibility for remote/hybrid work.

You will collaborate with clinical study teams, legal, and project management to ensure timely contract execution while maintaining compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with a university-level law degree highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (LLB/JD/BA/BS) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years of contract negotiation, clinical research, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage site agreements, confidentiality agreements, and letters of indemnification for clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations.
• Track, update, and maintain contract status in relevant systems.
• Identify and escalate contractual issues to management as needed.
• Support internal review, revision, and approval process of contracts.
