Job summary

SEB Sweden is seeking a skilled engineer to join a dynamic cross-border team (Stockholm and Vilnius) to ensure the reliability, uptime, and performance of our real-time processing platform. You will help evolve the service lifecycle from patching to deploying custom solutions and build automation for existing systems.

You will collaborate with internal Business and IT teams, apply logging, monitoring and security best practices, and participate in passive on-call duty as part of a rotating

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux administration and networking basics.
• Understanding security concepts including mutual TLS for secure comms.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident handling skills.
• Experience with Python, Ansible or similar OO languages.
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring/observability tools (Elastic/Kibana/Grafana).
• Working knowledge of ITIL or formal incident/change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, uptime, and performance of the real-time processing platform.
• Improve service lifecycle from patching to deploying custom solutions.
• Create automation for existing systems and implement robust monitoring solutions.
• Participate in passive on-call duty as part of a team rotation.
