Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Sweden seeks a Legal Disputes Counsel to handle incoming customer complaints on external dispute resolution platforms and during early stages of litigation. You’ll work on pre‑action letters and responses to claims, and provide day‑to‑day legal advice as a business partner to key stakeholders.

We’re building an agile, global finance team. You’ll run investigations, manage complaints under financial services rules, and represent Revolut before external forums, while supporting EEA

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or equivalent in Sweden.
• Legal experience as a private-practice lawyer within financial services and/or in-house.
• Completed a clerkship at a Swedish district court, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run internal fact-finding investigations.
• Handle external dispute resolution complaints under local laws.
• Represent Revolut before external dispute resolution forums.
• Assist with early-stage or less complex litigation (pre-action letters, responses to claims).
• Support Legal Counsels in EEA branches with ad hoc work and advice.
• Identify and resolve issues and implement improvements.
