Zusammenfassung

Revolut in Sweden is seeking an Escalations Officer to strengthen our Compliance team. You will assess escalated suspicious activity reports and ensure timely, regulator-aligned SAR submissions across Europe, working closely with local authorities and the MLRO.

You will help monitor emerging patterns, participate in training initiatives, and contribute to rolling out new AML processes to safeguard Revolut’s operations and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a compliance/FinCrime officer in a major financial institution.
• Experience in FinCrime operations acting as the escalation point.
• Deep knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (C1 or above).

Aufgaben

• Acting as the escalation point for suspicious activity cases.
• Ensuring accurate and timely SARs are submitted according to local requirements.
• Responding to regulatory inquiries and other requests from local authorities related to SARs.
• Managing queries requiring second line of defence review.
• Working with the MLRO and escalating significant cases.
• Monitoring and detecting rare or new patterns, and reporting emerging trends in suspicious activity.
• Resolving escalated cases, following expected resolution times.
• Participating in projects with management as required.
• Collaborating on training initiatives and implementation of new processes.
