Revolut in Sweden is seeking a Legal Disputes Counsel to handle customer complaints on external dispute resolution platforms and during early stages of litigation, providing day-to-day legal advice as a business partner.

You'll run internal fact-finding, represent Revolut before dispute forums, support EEA branches, and help identify improvements to prevent issues, while maintaining a focus on fair treatment of customers.

Competenze

• Master's degree in law (LLM) or equivalent in Sweden.
• Completed clerkship at a Swedish district court or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience managing/responding to complaints in a financial services environment and/or managing disputes.
• Fluency in English and Swedish with exceptional communication and writing skills.

About The Role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Legal Disputes Counsel to handle incoming customer complaints on external dispute resolution platforms and during early stages of litigation. You’ll work on pre-action letters and responses to claims, and provide day-to-day legal advice as a business partner to key stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

• A master's degree in law (LLM) or equivalent in Sweden
• Legal experience as a private-practice lawyer within financial services and/or in-house
• To have completed a clerkship at a Swedish district court, or equivalent legal qualifications
• Experience managing/responding to complaints in a financial services environment and/or managing disputesFluency in English and Swedish with exceptional communication and writing skills
• An analytical mindset to be able to investigate and get to the root of a problem
• To be resourceful and know where and how to obtain relevant information
• Strategic thinking skills to best utilise means of redress (refunds and negotiations)
