Job summary

Poly Syncer is seeking an experienced Rust developer to own the mirror executor service. You will manage service latency under a sub-second budget and lead efforts in routing and resilience. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of Rust experience and familiarity with EVM transaction lifecycles.

This role offers a compensation range of $170k–$230k, along with meaningful equity. The position is remote-first with a preferred overlap in EU/US time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Rust.
• Deep familiarity with EVM transaction lifecycle and EIP-712.
• Experience with private-mempool relay systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the executor service written in Rust on Tokio.
• Set and defend the p99 latency budget across multiple RPC providers.
• Act as the on-call point for the hot path.
• Drive RFCs on routing and resilience.
