Job summary
Partner company in Sweden seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing software team in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will balance technical leadership with people management, staying close enough to the work to guide decisions and maintain engineering quality.
Working with Product, Design and senior engineering leadership, you will translate priorities into clear plans, drive reliable delivery, identify risks early, remove bottlenecks, and contribute to hiring and onboarding as
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
- Experience in agile software delivery with sprint planning and execution.
- Hands-on with no-code/no-code platforms (Bubble.io) or familiarity.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers with regular coaching.
- Own sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking with Product.
- Translate product and technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, tests, and documentation.
- Identify risks early and remove bottlenecks to ensure delivery.
- Partner with leadership on priorities, tooling, and processes.
