We are looking for a Regional Order Fulfilment Manager to lead order fulfilment performance across our EMEA distribution network, ensuring customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently. Operating in a dynamic, multi-country environment, you will play a critical role in connecting customers, distribution centres, logistics, and supply chain teams to drive service excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and business performance while shaping the future of fulfilment operations across the region.

Your Mission

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver on our promise to customers across the region. Sitting at the intersection of customer service, logistics, distribution, planning, and supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders move efficiently, reliably, and safely through our regional distribution network. Your success will be measured not only by operational performance, but by your ability to create a seamless customer experience and build confidence in our supply chain capabilities.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will orchestrate fulfilment activities across multiple distribution centres, balancing customer priorities, network capacity, operational constraints, and business objectives. You will proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive swift resolution of issues to ensure service commitments are met and customer expectations are consistently exceeded. Through close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, you will help create alignment across functions and geographies, ensuring decisions are made with both customer impact and business performance in mind.

You will also be a key driver of operational excellence across the EMEA region. Leveraging data, systems, and performance insights, you will identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability while supporting the implementation of standardized processes and global supply chain strategies. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will strengthen operational resilience, enhance fulfilment performance, and help future-proof our supply chain network.

Equally important, you will be a leader who sets the tone for how we work. You will champion a safety-first mindset, promote collaboration and accountability, and create an environment where diverse teams can succeed and grow. Through your leadership, you will inspire a customer-centric culture that puts service, teamwork, and operational excellence at the heart of everything we do, ensuring long-term value for both our customers and the business.

Your Profile
  • 8-10+ years of supply chain, logistics, fulfilment, or customer operations experience.
  • Experience operating across multiple countries, sites, or regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven leadership and people development capability.
  • Strong analytical and performance management skills.
  • Experience driving operational improvements and standardization.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix and multicultural environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on execution and results.
What Would Make a Candidate Stand Out
  • Experience leading regional fulfilment or distribution center networks.
  • Experience building or transforming operating models and processes.
  • Strong ERP/WMS/TMS systems knowledge.
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, aftermarket, mining, or complex supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated improvements in OTIF, customer satisfaction, productivity, or service reliability
