SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Regional Software Lead to own European software deliveries and coordinate multi-regional teams, bridging engineering groups in Europe and China. The role focuses on software architecture alignment, delivery planning, and release readiness, including OTA considerations.

You will manage cross-regional priorities, oversee quality and governance, and ensure adherence to milestones. Strong English is required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of automotive industry experience, with a strong background near product development projects.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a strong advantage due to cross-regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary European software contact toward China teams and align software priorities, release plans, and requirement changes.
• Own European software delivery planning post-PS milestone, tracking maturity, integration progress, and SOP readiness.
• Coordinate with System and Software Architects on implementation, updates, cybersecurity, and rollback strategies.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution and manage delivery risks and dependencies across regions.
• Provide guidance on defect resolution for European features and report software progress in project reviews and release boards.
