Contechs is seeking a Regional SW Lead for our client in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role may be contract or permanent and requires eligibility to work in Sweden with travel across Europe and China. You will own project quality, NPDS deliverables, and governance across multiple teams.

• Degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years in automotive business close to product development projects
• Leadership and stakeholder management
• English proficiency; Mandarin is a strong advantage

Responsabilidades

• Own project quality, NPDS deliverables, issue tracking, and milestone governance
• Ensure transparent reporting, cross-functional coordination, and timely closure of actions and deliverables
• Drive milestone and gateway governance with the RPL, including deliverable reviews and NPDS compliance
• Act as deputy for the Project Leader when required
• Manage execution, follow-up, and tracking of SWIM, GQMP, JIRA, and New Star
• Compile status statistics and prepare progress presentations for project management
• Organize project meetings, document decisions, and follow up actions to ensure closed-loop completion
• Maintain project documentation and align status with China teams
