SEGULA Technologies in Gothenburg is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Integration Engineer to join our engineering team. You will act as Baseline Manager, owning software baselines and release management across the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include defining, maintaining, and releasing baselines, coordinating with software delivery, verification, production and aftermarket teams, and driving continuous improvements for future vehicle platforms.

Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with Volvo PDM logic and software baselines.
Expertise in Software Configurator and SW ProTOM.
Knowledge of VDA and embedded hardware/software in automotive.
Experience with production and aftermarket software handling.
Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Define, create, maintain, and release software baselines according to release plans.
Prepare release documentation and verification results.
Lead Release Board meetings and approve baselines.
Communicate baseline decisions to stakeholders.
Ensure baseline documentation is accurate and quality assured.
Create and maintain processes supporting software release activities.
Monitor releases during verification and prepare packages for complete vehicles.
Perform software breakdowns on project vehicles and rigs.
Support internal and external software campaigns related to baselines.
Train and assist software delivery teams for continuous improvements.
