SEGULA Technologies seeks an experienced OTA Release Lead to own end-to-end OTA deployments from release prep to full rollout, ensuring UNECE R156/SUMS compliance and coordinating European and international teams. The role demands deep OTA process knowledge and strong cybersecurity awareness.

You will manage release gates, pilot deployments, and cross-functional alignment while tracking deployment performance and post-release improvements. English fluency is essential; Mandarin is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of automotive industry experience near product development projects.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of OTA deployment, SUMS compliance (UNECE R156), and automotive cybersecurity standards.
• Proficiency in Jira, Office 365, and SUMS R156 regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with multi-regional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own OTA release plan, scope, milestones, rollout strategy, and deployment gates.
• Define go/no-go criteria, lead release checkpoints, approval forums, and go-live reviews.
• Plan Pilot and Grey Scale deployments with compliance to standards and internal governance.
• Align OTA plans with engineering and PM teams in China and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Drive resolution of blockers, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Consolidate EU deployment readiness, software maturity, tests, rollback readiness, and recovery.
• Monitor deployment KPIs and report post-release performance and lessons learned.
