Job summary

Ericsson’s Early Career Program offers an 18-month journey for recent graduates or professionals with up to five years of relevant experience. You will rotate through Sales, Commercial Management, Strategy, Supply and Finance, gaining market exposure and hands-on experience.

You will join the Real Estate Portfolio Project Manager role within the Portfolio & Project Management Team Sweden, supporting Ericsson’s Swedish real estate portfolio from day one while learning from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• University degree in real estate, economics, engineering, architecture, urban planning, or related field.
• Strong interest in corporate real estate, portfolio and project management.
• Excellent English and Swedish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Swedish real estate portfolio across strategic and operational activities.
• Coordinate lease, workplace initiatives and space requirements.
• Prepare analyses, presentations and business cases for leases and projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, consultants and external partners.
• Support cost tracking, reporting and data quality.
