Job summary

Ericsson is launching an Early Career Program in Sweden designed for fresh graduates and professionals with up to five years of relevant experience. As an Account Manager in the Excellerate track, you’ll rotate across Sales, Commercial Management, Strategy, Supply, Finance and more, gaining market exposure and international experience from day one.

Work closely with customers to understand their business, challenges and priorities.
Drive sales growth and contribute to increasing market share within your accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer challenges and opportunities.
Build trusted, long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value for our customers.
Take responsibility for budget, forecasting and profitability within your accounts.
