You will play a leading role in planning, coordinating, and driving the team's work forward, creating alignment across functions and ensuring efficient execution of activities. At the same time, you will be organizationally affiliated with one of our component departments, providing a strong technical foundation and opportunities to contribute specialist expertise within your area. The position offers a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise, supplier development, cross-functional coordination, and strategic influence on our future products and supplier network.

  • You have experience coordinating cross-functional activities and stakeholders, preferably in a complex technical environment.
  • You are analytical and structured, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions while managing multiple priorities.
  • You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in supplier development, welding, machining, casting, or other manufacturing processes is considered an advantage.
We Believe You Are

A person who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine interest in collaboration, coordination, and problem-solving. You thrive at the intersection of engineering, quality, procurement, and business, and are motivated by developing both suppliers and ways of working to ensure high-quality products.

You are a natural coordinator who creates structure and brings people together around common goals.
