Job summary

Natural Cycles is seeking a Security & Infrastructure Engineer in Sweden to build secure tooling, integrations, and scalable infrastructure. You will develop internal tools, perform security reviews, and improve monitoring of employee and AI activity while following regulatory requirements.

You will work with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and IaC practices to enable safe experimentation, integrate AI tooling, and translate cybersecurity requirements into practical controls.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with software development, infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Ability to build internal tools, automations, AI integrations, and infrastructure components using modern engineering practices.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants, especially Claude, while maintaining quality, security, and review discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations (Slackbots, internal assistants) to improve workflows.
• Build and maintain infrastructure enabling safe internal experimentation with POCs and AI integrations.
• Improve monitoring of employee and AI activity and detect risks like shadow IT and data exposure.
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into practical engineering work (NIS2, medical device security).
• Perform security reviews, threat modelling and risk assessments for internal apps and infra.
