Job summary

Siemens Energy in Sweden is seeking a Project Manager for R&D to lead gas turbine development and drive the energy transition. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, plan projects, and present technical solutions in formal reviews to ensure successful delivery.

You will collaborate with suppliers and customers worldwide, applying predictive and agile project management approaches to deliver high-quality results and foster strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex R&D projects in technical environments; project management certifications are meritorious.
• Excellent leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams.
• Technical knowledge about gas turbines, especially in the electrical area, is meritorious.
• Excellent collaborative skills to promote cooperation and teamwork.
• Strong personal drive and a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.

Our team consists of 16 project managers, who have diverse backgrounds and extensive expertise, including deep knowledge of gas turbine development. With proficiency in both predictive and agile project management approaches, and certifications to back our skills, our team ensures excellence in every project.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
