Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with focus on Quality Processes and ISO Audits.
• Experience with ISO/IATF certifications and auditing.
• Strong root-cause analysis and data structuring skills.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality processes per QMS and ensure ISO compliance.
• Handle Customer Complaints and root-cause elimination.
• Plan internal and external audits (ISO 9001/14001, IATF16949, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs and report to Finance when requested.
• Develop and drive continuous improvements in product quality.
