Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvements, and ensure ISO and IATF certifications are met. The role includes managing customer complaints, audits, and KPI reporting with a focus on Lean practices and Six Sigma methods.

The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on quality processes and at least five years in quality management, fluent English, and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering with focus on quality processes and ISO/IATF certification.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001 and IATF16949 is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and root-cause analysis capability.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Owns the quality management process and drives continuous improvements across the product lifecycle.
• Leads internal audits and external certifications and maintains QMS alignment.
• Handles customer complaints, responses, and root-cause elimination.
• Monitors KPIs related to quality and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Balances resources and ensures competence within the responsible area.
