Job summary

Nordic Investin Group Aktiebolag is partnering with a complex programme in Sweden to recruit a QA and Test Lead who will shape the overall test strategy and ensure critical user journeys are verified from component to business acceptance.

You will own test planning, coordinate environments and dependencies, and lead defect triage while driving evidence-based decisions in a fast-moving delivery environment. The role combines hands-on testing with senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive test leadership in complex technology programmes.
• Strong requirements, integration and acceptance testing experience.
• Ability to plan across several teams and release stages.
• Evidence based reporting and defect management.
• Understanding of test automation and modern delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall test strategy and risk based scope.
