Qualifications

• Senior QA/Test Engineer with at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, and system testing.
• Experience with defect management and test verification.
• Experience managing test data.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Swedish citizenship required; security clearance may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning: Develop and maintain test plans for product releases and major integrations.
• Test Execution: Create and organize comprehensive test cases; perform functional, system, and performance testing as needed.
• Test Data and Environments: Prepare and maintain test data; verify and validate test environments.
• Defect Management: Analyze defects, track issues through resolution, validate fixes.
• Quality Assurance: Drive continuous improvements and assess testing risks and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders; coordinate testing across teams.
