Job summary

TRATON Group R&D in Södertälje, Sweden, seeks a hands-on First Line Manager to lead a new Quality Assurance team for The Workshop Suite (TWS). You will secure quality, stability, and reliable releases across brands while guiding testing, automation, configuration, and release management.

You will combine people leadership with continuous improvement, building a strong quality culture and shaping the organization’s strategic direction alongside senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating people.
• Experience driving change and improving processes in a collaborative way.
• Master’s degree in Engineering (or other relevant discipline).
• Experience within Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizations.
