  • Drive the development and execution of testing strategies, including increased test automation.
  • Improve and mature configuration management and release management processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and transform ideas into practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Set priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure initiatives are successfully implemented.

  • Collaborate closely with software development teams, product management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements and testing to release and operation.
  • Contribute to the management team and support the ongoing development of the organization and its customer value delivery.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will balance strategic direction with operational involvement, helping shape both the future of the team and the way we work.

Who You Are

We are looking for a driven and people‑oriented leader who enjoys building high‑performing teams, developing talent, and continuously improving ways of working. You are equally comfortable being involved in day‑to‑day operations and setting a clear direction for the future.

You are someone who challenges the status quo, drives positive change, and knows how to bring others along on the journey. Through clear communication, constructive feedback, and a coaching mindset, you help individuals and teams reach their full potential.

  • The ability to create engagement, accountability, and a strong team spirit.
  • Experience driving change and improving processes in a collaborative way.
  • A relevant technical background, preferably within Engineering or IT.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering (or other relevant discipline), or corresponding work experience.
  • Experience within Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Management.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizations.

It is considered a strong advantage if you also have:

  • Experience from the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of vehicle technology, automotive development, or the service market.
